Response Training Program

Establishment of an internal Threat Assessment/Response Team is central to an organization’s Workplace Violence Program. This team is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the organization’s response to reported threats.

Designated members of the team typically undergo an extensive 1-2 day training program that will provide the organization with the foundation of an efficient threat assessment and response program.

Key elements of the program include:

  • Understanding the principles of the threat assessment process
  • Knowing how to gather critical information
  • Establishing reporting and response protocols
