Through research and experience, we increasingly understand how traumatic stress impacts the workplace.

Without the appropriate early intervention, the long-term consequences of traumatized or demoralized employees are numerous, including increased absenteeism, employee turnover, and the increased use of health care benefits.

CRA can provide immediate, on site response to a critical incident to assess the impact on employees. Follow-up care includes counseling to the more affected employees, along with the identification and referral to appropriate support services.

In addition, we can assist and advise the company in regards to the more global and long-range issues that may arise from the critical event.

Our goal is help the company return to normal level of functioning as quickly as possible and with the least cost to the company and its employees.
